What You’ll Do

• Handle a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, entity formations, restructuring, and general corporate governance
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
• Serve as a trusted advisor to company leadership, providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance
• Work directly with clients every day — this role is very client-facing
• Collaborate with an energetic team of attorneys who support each other and share work freely

• 4–7+ years of corporate transactional experience
• Solid background in M&A, business transactions and commercial contracts
• Ability to manage deals and communicate clearly with sophisticated business clients
