Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. Attorneys from different areas of law are encouraged to apply and learn across business law.

Salary ranges from $105,000 to $195,000 per year and includes health insurance, PTO, holidays, retirement options, and professional development. Experienced and newer attorneys are welcome; licensing and a law degree are required.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with documents and using a computer.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
