Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. Attorneys from different legal practice areas are encouraged to apply, and both experienced and newer attorneys are welcome to build corporate experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, providing general legal guidance, assisting with policies and compliance, and researching legal questions as needed. A collaborative, proactive approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Law degree and appropriate license to practice law.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with documents and using a computer.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Attorneys from different areas of law are welcome to apply.
