Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. Attorneys from different practice areas are encouraged to apply, and both experienced and newer attorneys are welcome to develop corporate experience.

The role involves reviewing contracts, providing general legal guidance, and assisting with policies, compliance, and documentation. Salary ranges from $105,000 to $195,000 per year based on experience.
