Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney for a temp-to-perm role with a law firm in Doylestown, PA. The position is fully on-site, five days a week, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and a 1,500 billable-hour expectation. You will work closely with a senior corporate partner on sophisticated transactions and client relationships.

Qualified candidates have a J.D. from an accredited law school, active PA Bar admission, and roughly 7–8+ years of law firm experience

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission required.
• Approximately 7-8+ years of law firm experience.
• Strong M&A and general business transactional experience.
• Ability to independently manage sophisticated corporate matters and client relationships.
• Private-practice experience strongly preferred; candidates with exclusively in-house experience will not be considered.

Beacon Hill is hiring for an experienced Corporate Attorney for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a law firm in Doylestown, PA. This position is fully on-site, five days per week. The Corporate Attorney will work closely with a senior corporate partner and play an integral role in advising business clients through the full lifecycle of sophisticated corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions from inception through completion
• Advise clients on business formations, restructurings, dissolutions, and other complex corporate matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and transactional documents
• Independently manage matters and maintain direct client relationships
• Collaborate closely with the firm's corporate practice group and senior attorneys

Qualifications
