Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Litigation Paralegal to support a busy corporate litigation practice, with emphasis on Delaware court practice. The role will assist with cite checking, court filings, case management, discovery, hearings and trial preparation in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with three days onsite in the Wilmington, DE office, 35 hours per week, and opportunities to contribute across all phases of litigation while

Qualifications

• Prior litigation paralegal experience, preferably with corporate or commercial litigation.
• Strong cite checking experience is required.
• Experience with Delaware court practice and procedures is highly preferred.
• Experience with court filings, discovery, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

Additional Information

• 35 hours per week.
• Overtime is paid for hours worked over 35.
• Hybrid schedule with three days onsite in the Wilmington office, Tuesday through Thursday.
