Qualifications

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Must be admitted or eligible for admission in California.
• 2–4 years of M&A, securities, venture capital and/or private equity experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professionalism in working and engaging with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and balance competing responsibilities.
• Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.

Responsibilities

• Support the firm’s mergers and acquisitions, securities and venture capital practices with transactional work.
• Collaborate on significant transactions, build client relationships and contribute to growth in the Bay Area.
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers alongside partners and senior associates.
• Work from the office at least 60% of the time in accordance with hybrid guidelines.
