• Work from the office at least 60% of the time in accordance with hybrid guidelines.

Responsibilities

Mintz is looking for an associate to join our corporate practice in San Francisco. Our San Francisco office is one of the fastest growing offices in the firm and in the Bay Area. We give associates meaningful client exposure and hands-on deal responsibility from day one. We are looking for a business-minded attorney who is excited to work on significant transactions, build lasting client relationships and help shape the continued growth of Mintz’s presence in the Bay Area market.

Candidates should have 2-4 years of transactional experience with the ability to quickly integrate and support the firm’s mergers and acquisitions, securities and venture capital practices. Experience working on private equity transactions is a plus. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced partners and senior associates who are committed to mentoring and professional development, with a clear path toward increasing responsibility and client leadership.

The salary range for this position is $235,000 to $310,000. This position is bonus eligible.
