GAMARC Consulting seeks a Corporate Associate with 2-5 years of corporate law experience to join its Transactions Practice Group in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, or New York.

You will handle venture capital financing, M&A, private equity, and general corporate counseling for public and private companies, funds, and investors, working closely with partners and clients in a collaborative, high‑caliber environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate law, with significant exposure to venture capital financing, M&A, and private equity.
• Strong document drafting and project management skills.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.

• Handle venture capital/early-stage financings, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions.
• Provide general corporate counseling to clients, guiding their business and transactional needs.
• Work in a collaborative environment, interacting directly with partners and clients.
• Draft sophisticated transactional documents and manage projects related to corporate matters.
• Develop client-facing relationships and support long‑term growth of the corporate practice.
