• A licensed attorney with at least 4 years of experience in transactional law with exposure to corporate and/or entertainment sectors

• Passionate about the intersection of law, media, and business, with a strong grasp of intellectual property and its commercial applications

• Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex agreements, with a sharp eye for detail and risk mitigation

• A clear communicator with excellent writing and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues

• Member in good standing with the New York Bar (California Bar a plus)

What You’ll Do

• Support a dynamic legal team by structuring and negotiating a wide range of business and media-related agreements

• Advise clients on legal strategy, rights, and obligations across corporate, IP, and employment matters

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align legal frameworks with business goals and evolving regulations

• Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives

• Stay current on legal developments, particularly around employment law and restrictive covenants

• Help shape the legal foundation of emerging ventures and creative projects

• Competitive salary range of $125,000 – 165,000 annually, based on experience
