Who You Are

• You have a J.D. from an accredited law school and are admitted to the New York Bar
• You have 3+ years of commercial litigation or complex litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Confident managing high-value matters independently while collaborating with partners
• Trial experience is a plus

What You'll Do

• Manage litigation matters through all phases, from pleadings and discovery through resolution
• Represent clients in court for merchant cash advance collection matters
• Handle depositions, motion practice, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Develop case strategy, conduct legal research, and draft persuasive briefs and motions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and maintain strong client relationships

• Litigation matters are handled strategically and efficiently
• Clients receive responsive, practical legal counsel
• Strong advocacy drives successful case outcomes

Salary Range: $180,000 - 200,000 annually, based on experience

Location: New York, NY - Hybrid
