Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking a Specialized Service Team (SST) Rep, Corporate Actions in Tempe to support advisory clients and internal partners.

You will handle the department’s phone queue, build strong relationships, and provide expert guidance on tools, policies, and initiatives to drive transparent service. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, educating clients on corporate action technology, and ensuring accurate processing while adhering to compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial/brokerage operations.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from Financial Advisors and home office by phone and email.
• Research complex scenarios, set client expectations, and define actions to resolve inquiries.
• Educate clients on Corporate Action tools and monitor operational needs.
• Maintain compliance with policies and input data and requests accurately.
