Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years corporate action experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process complex income payments such as interest and dividends and spin-offs according to procedures.
• Perform advanced reconciliation to resolve breaks with external custodians.
• Interpret prospectus language and circulars to determine entitlements.
• Calculate pro-rata distributions, exchange ratios, and fractional entitlements.
• Identify issues outside standard procedures and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to improve workflows.
• Assist in training associates under supervision.
