Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field required or equivalent.
• Experience with corporate actions and financial instruments beneficial.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and regulatory interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and balance client and firm positions related to corporate actions.
• Read and interpret legal/regulatory documents for actions.
• Notify Financial Advisors about actions affecting clients.
• Update client and firm accounts and process dividends/interest payments.
• Handle high volumes of inquiries via phone, email or fax.
