• Identify issues outside standard procedures and propose workflow improvements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates to leadership.
• Assist in training associates under supervision and support departmental initiatives.
• Interpret prospectus language and circulars to determine entitlements and distributions.
