• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years corporate action experience and understanding of the corporate action lifecycle.
• Ability to interpret prospectus language and legal circulars to determine entitlements.
• Strong collaboration and ability to identify issues beyond standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process complex income payments (interest, dividends, stock dividends, spin-offs) per procedures.
• Perform advanced reconciliation to resolve breaks between firm records and third-party custodians.
• Identify issues outside standard procedures and propose efficiency improvements to leadership.
• Communicate effectively within the department and with stakeholders; provide timely updates to leadership.
• Collaborate across teams and assist in training associates on departmental processes.
