• Process client instructions, agent confirmations, account profile requests, and payments.

• Communicate daily with clients regarding uninstructed positions through written correspondence and phone calls.
• Balance and reconcile positions related to corporate action activity.
• Reconcile receivables and payables to ensure accurate client cash projections.
• Identify discrepancies and problem items, escalating and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate processing and exceptional client service.
• Participate in client presentations and calls as needed.

In this role, you’ll support critical securities processing operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing, reconciliations, and client communications. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to gain experience in financial operations with the potential to transition from a temporary position to a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify corporate action announcements from market data vendors, companies, depositories, and agents.
• Enter and maintain information in the Corporate Actions platform for income and mandatory events.
