Responsibilities

• Review and verify corporate action announcements from market data vendors, companies, depositories, and agents.
• Enter and maintain information in the Corporate Actions platform for income and mandatory events.
• Identify complex corporate action events and communicate issues to team members.
• Process client instructions, agent confirmations, account profile requests, and payments.
• Process class action suits and related transactions.
• Communicate daily with clients regarding uninstructed positions through written correspondence and phone calls.
• Balance and reconcile positions related to corporate action activity.
• Reconcile receivables and payables to ensure accurate client cash projections.
• Identify discrepancies and problem items, escalating and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate processing and exceptional client service.
• Participate in client presentations and calls as needed.
• Maintain professional and effective verbal and written communication while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
