Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.

• Experience in financial services/fintech industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for multiple entities.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany activity.
• Manage financial statement preparation and GAAP compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable and payroll operations.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and HR to drive process improvements.
