Job summary

KNM Resources is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager in a hybrid role within the biopharma/pharma/biotech sector. The position targets professionals with 6–10 years of public accounting or combined public and corporate experience, responsible for leading the corporate accounting function and ensuring GAAP-compliant financial reporting.

You'll coordinate audits, drive process improvements, and partner with internal teams on financial matters to deliver insights to management and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 6–10 years of public accounting or a mix of public and corporate accounting experience.
• Proven U.S. GAAP knowledge and experience with complex accounting matters.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the corporate accounting function.
• Review account balances, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure financial information is accurate and prepared per accounting standards.
• Research accounting topics and prepare supporting documentation and analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate audit activities and provide schedules and documentation.
• Partner with internal teams on accounting and financial matters.
• Analyze financial information and provide insights to management.
• Support accounting projects and other business initiatives.
