Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably with large/public company exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy of statements.
• Review quarterly SEC filings and provide commentary on results.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and resolve complex issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
• Maintain SOX compliance and support audit activities.
• Handle ad-hoc accounting projects.
