Responsibilities

We’re seeking an Accounting Associate to join a finance team supporting a global investment platform. This role offers hands‑on exposure to multi‑entity accounting, financial reporting, and international operations, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and emerging AI‑driven technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support general ledger accounting across multiple domestic and international entities.
• Assist with month‑end and quarter‑end close, including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Handle expense review, accounts payable, and accurate financial coding.
• Prepare internal financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
• Support audits, regulatory requests, tax filings, and internal control initiatives.
• Contribute to special projects, process improvements, and opportunities to leverage AI and technology.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 2–5 years of corporate accounting experience, or a combination of public and corporate accounting.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial close processes.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or a similar accounting system.
• A detail‑oriented, proactive professional who takes ownership and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Private equity or asset management experience is a plus.
