Grayson Search Partners, LLC is seeking an Corporate Accountant to join a private equity finance team in Chicago. The role focuses on multi-entity accounting, financial reporting, and international operations with opportunities to implement AI-driven process improvements.

The position offers hands-on exposure to month-end close, intercompany accounting, and internal controls within a global investment platform.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of corporate accounting experience or a mix of public and corporate accounting.
• Strong understanding of GL accounting and financial close processes.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting system.
• A proactive, ownership-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support general ledger accounting across multiple entities (domestic and international).
• Assist month-end and quarter-end close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Handle expense review, accounts payable, and accurate financial coding.
• Prepare internal financial statements, management reports, and analyses.
• Support audits, regulatory requests, tax filings and internal controls.
• Contribute to process improvements and AI/technology-driven projects.
