Job summary

MCR Safety Group, a Bunzl company, is seeking a Corporate Account Support Representative based at our Collierville, TN headquarters. This inside sales and account-support role works with customer sales, sourcing, procurement, and branch teams to drive account growth and deliver exceptional service.

You will manage CRM opportunities, assist with conferences and meetings, analyze sales data, and coordinate with departments to resolve issues and prevent stockouts of critical SKUs.

Qualifications

• Outbound selling techniques.
• B2B sales and customer support practices.
• CRM systems and order management procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with account support lines and inquiries.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer sales and support teams.
• Attend meetings and travel as needed (local/overnight).
• Add and update opportunities in Dynamics CRM.
• Assist with customer RFPs, bids, and crossovers with Marketing.
• Monitor KPIs and drive account growth and satisfaction.
