Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in support or Professional Services or Sales Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 4-7 switching.
• CISSP, CCNA, CCIE or other security certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support for sales teams and guidance in deployments.
• Manage and showcase complex demos and POCs.
• Develop relationships with sales teams, partners, and customers.

Skills

Technical presentation and communication skills

Layer 4-7 switching expertise

Ability to debug network and server infrastructure

Knowledge of Layer 2-3 switching/routing

Education

BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent
