Job summary

WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Site Director, Data Center Construction to lead a major mission critical data center program in Haskell, Texas. This senior Owner’s Representative will oversee a large on-site team and partner with contractors, consultants, and vendors to deliver safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large scale data centers or mission critical facilities.
• Experience representing an Owner or similar delivery organization.
• Proven ability to lead large site teams and senior project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for construction execution across a large data center site.
• Lead the Owner’s Representative team including Directors, PMs, CM, and specialists.
• Coordinate with GC/Trade Contractors and consultants to meet milestones.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance across the project.
• Deliver executive level reporting on status, risks, and opportunities.
