Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions is seeking a Site Director, Data Center Construction to lead execution of a large-scale data center program. Based on site in Haskell, Texas, you will manage a multi-prime or direct-contracting environment, coordinate senior staff, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule are delivered to owner expectations.

You will partner with GC and trade contractors, drive risk management, and provide executive status reporting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large scale data centers or other mission critical facilities.
• Proven experience leading large construction teams and managing senior project leadership personnel.
• Experience representing an Owner, developer, program manager, EPCM organization, or similarly accountable project delivery organization.
• Strong experience managing General Contractors and Trade Contractors on behalf of an Owner.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for construction execution and delivery across a large scale data center site.
• Lead and manage the Owner’s Representative project team, including Directors, Project Managers, Construction Managers, coordinators, and specialists.
• Serve as a senior site representative for the Owner with GC, Trade Contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Direct contractor performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, productivity, risk, and project controls.
• Establish and maintain a strong site safety culture with clear expectations and accountability.
• Drive predictable schedule execution and mitigate risks before milestones.
• Lead site-level decision making, escalation management, and corrective action planning.
• Oversee planning, sequencing, resource alignment, and site execution across multiple work packages.
• Ensure coordination across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and critical infrastructure systems.
• Build strong relationships with Owner, WWPS, and contractors and design partners.
• Champion Lean Construction practices to improve predictability and coordination.
