Responsibilities

• Oversee line activities to ensure smooth, efficient production.
• Review daily plan and ensure workers understand requirements.
• Stop line for quality/safety issues and coordinate with QA, maintenance, and supervisor.
• Ensure training for line workers and address training gaps.
• Prepare line for next shift and maintain line readiness.
• Monitor temperatures and sauce consistency, coordinate change-overs, and communicate with operators.
