Job summary

Bowman Andros is seeking a 4 OZ Relief Operator to keep the Core Sauce line running smoothly. You will relieve mixers, fillers, and related operators for breaks, vacations, and shifts, ensuring continuous production and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor tank temperatures, sauce consistency, and fill rates, communicate across teams, assist with change-overs, and maintain clean, safe work areas while following 5S and lean practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to identify machine stop buttons and safety warnings.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; 5S preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust sauce temperatures in mix tanks per specs.
• Maintain sauce consistency and supply for fillers.
• Coordinate change-overs and communicate with operators and management.
• Relieve other operators for breaks and vacations.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and watch for contamination.
