Commercial Metals Company in Cayce, SC is launching a CORE Rotational Development Program - Automation to fast-track early-career engineers through hands-on experiences across Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, and emerging groups.

Participants gain exposure via rotations, structured trainings, and safety programs, culminating in a capstone project to showcase learning and impact within the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• Willingness to relocate at the end of the program if the next opportunity is at a different location.

• Rotate through the functional areas of core lines of business (Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, or Emerging Businesses Group).
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold the Safety Culture.
• Work at the plant level to learn processes and procedures.
• Participate in various developmental trainings and business projects.
• May work in short-term assignment roles (fill in for vacations).
• Complete and present a capstone project at the conclusion of the program.

What You'll Do

Your Education

• Bachelor’s Degree required
