Job summary

CMC offers a multi-faceted program across Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, and Emerging Businesses Group, giving you hands-on exposure to plant operations and manufacturing processes. You will participate in safety programs, learn through developmental trainings, and work on real-world projects that drive performance and growth.

You will rotate through diverse roles, support teams, and may take short-term assignments while completing a capstone project to showcase your成果.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Strong customer service skills.
Willingness to relocate at the end of the program.

Rotate through the core lines of business (Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, Emerging Businesses Group).
Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold safety culture.
Work in plant-level roles to learn processes and procedures.
Participate in developmental trainings and business projects.
May work short-term assignment roles as needed.
Complete and present a capstone project at the end of the program.

What You'll Do

Rotate through the functional areas of our core lines of business (Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, or Emerging Businesses Group such as Construction Services)
Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
Work in roles at the plant level to learn processes and procedures
Participate in various developmental trainings and business projects
May work in short-term assignment roles (fill in for vacation, vacancies, etc) as needed
Complete and present a capstone project at the conclusion of program

What You'll Need

Ability to work under the guidelines of CMC's core values and safety standards
Ability to work in the elements (hot, cold, wet, etc) as needed
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Ability to work within all levels of the organization (shop floor to upper management)
Strong customer service skills
Willingness to relocate at the end of the program if the next opportunity is at a different location

Your Education

Bachelor’s Degree required
Engineering Degree preferred
