Job summary

Commercial Metals Company in Durant, OK invites you to join its CORE Rotation Development Program as a Management Trainee. You will rotate through Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, or Emerging Businesses, gaining hands-on experience across functional areas and leadership exposure.

You'll participate in safety programs, work at plant level to learn processes, and engage in developmental trainings and business projects, with potential short-term assignments and a capstone presentation at the end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Engineering degree preferred.

• Rotate through the functional areas of our core lines of business (Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, or Emerging Businesses Group such as Construction Services).
• Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and uphold the CMC Safety Culture.
• Work in plant-level roles to learn processes and procedures.
• Participate in developmental trainings and business projects.
• May work in short-term assignment roles as needed.
• Complete and present a capstone project at program conclusion.

What You'll Need

• Ability to work under the guidelines of CMC's core values and safety standards
• Ability to work in the elements (hot, cold, wet, etc) as needed
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Ability to work within all levels of the organization (shop floor to upper management)
• Willingness to relocate at the end of the program if the next opportunity is at a different location

Your Education

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Engineering Degree preferred
