Job summary

RTX's Saudi Program Management Office is seeking a CORE Process Sustainment Specialist to drive process improvements across the KSA sustainment portfolio, focusing on readiness and long‑term effectiveness for RSADF. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to support sustainment activities and ensure accurate documentation and analytics.

This hybrid role requires collaboration across time zones, U.S. citizenship, and international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and 8+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 6+ years in related field.
• Proven experience driving continuous improvement using CORE Operating Systems, Lean, or similar methodologies.
• CORE Champion certification within a year.
• Background in standardizing processes, reducing cycle times, and improving reliability.

Responsibilities

• Establish improvement cadences, set priorities for CORE events, track implementation, and escalate systemic issues.
• Drive operational efficiency through standardization and embedded continuous improvement across the program.
• Analyze, improve, and standardize sustainment processes with CORE methodologies and data analytics.
• Ensure process alignment, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to enhance customer support.
• Maintain sustainment documentation—status reports, metrics, and analyses—for SAR and PMO alignment.
• Use analytics to identify spare-part demand trends, repair cycle variances, and warranty behavior.
• Collaborate with CONUS and OCONUS teams to ensure adoption and rapid response to priority needs.
