Job summary

Raytheon’s Royal Saudi Arabia program seeks a CORE Process Sustainment Specialist to lead process improvements across the KSA sustainment portfolio. You will partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and other teams to improve readiness and long-term sustainment effectiveness for RSADF.

This hybrid role requires collaboration across time zones and international partners, with some international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 6+ years’ experience.
• Proven experience driving continuous improvement using CORE Operating Systems, Lean, or similar methodologies.
• CORE Champion certification obtained within a year.
• Background in standardizing processes, reducing cycle times, and improving reliability across sustainment operations.
• Ability to analyze sustainment processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Strong data analytics skills for interpreting demand trends, repair cycles, inventory health, and warranty behaviors.
• Experience preparing accurate sustainment reports and performance summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to work with CONUS/OCONUS teams and drive rapid adoption of improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish improvement cadences, set priorities for CORE events, track progress, and escalate systemic issues.
• Enable greater operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement behaviors across the KSA program team.
• Analyze, improve, and standardize sustainment processes using CORE methodologies and data-driven analytics.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and develop corrective and preventive actions to enhance customer support.
• Ensure sustainment documentation and metrics are accurate and aligned with SAR/PMO expectations.
• Use analytics to identify spare-part demand trends, repair cycle variances, and inventory health for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with CONUS and OCONUS teams to ensure adoption of improvements across regions.
