Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Platform Core Engineering (PCE). You will own a platform product area with developers as customers, driving adoption, reliability, and trust through measurable outcomes.

This is a deeply technical, hands-on role requiring credibility with engineers and fluency with AI development tooling. You can be based out of Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, or New York City, and will define strategy, partner with ML teams, and launch end-to-end

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management with a strong technical foundation.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI development tools.
• Working understanding of agents, MCPs, context, and tooling.
• Track record building developer-facing or platform products where trust drove adoption.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication with clear problem articulation.
• Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a PCE platform area, balancing near-term developer needs with a 1 to 2 year technical vision.
• Treat developers as customers: understand workflows, earn trust, and prioritize capabilities that make them faster.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers to define needs and build a cohesive platform ecosystem.
• Define and drive the platform metrics that matter.
• Drive alignment across teams, resolve competing priorities, and communicate tradeoffs.
• Own launches end-to-end, including migrations, docs, and adoption, ensuring capabilities land and stick.
• Partner with tooling customers across engineering, ML infra, MLOps, and data science to serve every developer persona.
