Capital Group is seeking a Core Operations BOS Analyst to turn complex operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions. You will partner with associates and leaders to analyze processes, document requirements, and design improvements that enhance capacity, risk management, and the associate experience.
You will lead initiatives, leverage data insights, and develop governance around new solutions while coordinating with technology partners for enterprise support.
Qualifications
- Experience designing and implementing data-driven solutions using Microsoft 365 tools.
- Strong ability to analyze data, document requirements, and design scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with mutual funds or investment management is a plus.
- Certifications in agile, business process mapping, design thinking, or business analysis are beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Lead improvement initiatives across Core Operations to optimize processes.
- Analyze data insights to evaluate solution options and quantify impact.
- Design and deploy business-owned solutions, including agentic workflows.
- Coordinate with technology partners for enterprise engineering or support.
- Troubleshoot production issues, modernize legacy solutions, and promote reusable patterns across teams.
