Qualifications

• 8+ years in investment operations, asset management, or fund accounting.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership and large-scale initiative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead AIS team handling subscriptions, redemptions, and client account activity.
• Partner on portfolio transitions, fund launches, and complex events.
• Translate requirements, risks, and options across custodians and internal teams.
