Capital Group is seeking a Core Ops Equity Trade Lead Analyst in Charlotte, leading global equity trade operations and providing coaching and technical guidance. You will oversee trade capture, settlement, reconciliation, and risk controls, collaborating with Trading, Legal, Investment Operations, brokers, and custodians to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Significant experience in investment operations or related environment.
• Strong understanding of the equity trade lifecycle and risk controls.
• Experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH).
• Experience developing or using dashboards in Power BI.
• Attention to detail with a proactive risk mindset.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and drive cross-functional solutions.
• Experience coaching and mentoring associates and coordinating priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day production and oversight for global equity trade operations.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for complex trade processing and risk matters.
• Coordinate team priorities and coach members to ensure consistent execution.
• Partner with Trading, Legal, and operations to support timely trade completion.
• Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve service.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel/Power BI.
• Lead process improvements to strengthen controls and scalability.
• Document procedures and support testing and implementation for enhancements.
• Drive end-to-end ownership and escalate material risks when needed.
• Act as liaison between Equity Trade Operations and external stakeholders.
