EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Core Operations Apprentice Technician to join our Mesa, AZ data center. No prior data center experience is required; we value a strong work ethic, hands-on mindset, and willingness to pitch in wherever needed to support day-to-day operations.

You’ll work with a team that prizes learning by doing, adapt to changing schedules, and grow through educational reimbursement, health benefits, and a company-supported 401(k) program as you build skills

Your Experience and Qualifications

• No relative data center experience required, but you have always been interested to learn how things work. You like to work with your hands and have an affinity for building or fixing things.
• An empathetic person who enjoys working as part of a team.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoy a work environment where the daily schedule changes often and managing the unexpected is satisfying.
• Knowledge of NFPA70E, forklift, OSHA10, or First Aid/CPR certifications are a big plus.
• Comfortable or excited to learn how to operate hand and machine tools.

What We Offer

• Full-time hourly, non-exempt role: Includes equity compensation and a performance-based annual bonus.
• Hourly base pay range: $25-$32/hr, depending on experience.
• In-office expectations: This role is onsite at our Mesa, AZ data center location.
