Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, medical laboratory science, clinical laboratory science, or related field.
• Licensure: state Clinical Lab Scientist Generalist or equivalent within 90 days of hire.
• Strong data entry and Windows applications skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform, develop and interpret routine and specialized laboratory tests within established time frames.
• Conduct quality control and instrument maintenance, document corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards; adhere to safety protocols.
• Assist in performance improvement and supply/reagent inventory management.
• Communicate results clearly to clinicians and collaborate with care teams.
