Job summary

Roche Holding AG is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to serve North Florida laboratories. You will provide on-site support, install systems, train personnel, and troubleshoot complex issues across the Roche portfolio.

The role requires strong lab experience, customer engagement skills, and the ability to travel up to 70% from a home base in North Florida. A company car is provided and relocation is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a clinical lab or IT in a clinical lab environment.
• Experience with instrumentation and diagnostic assays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer support for Roche systems in North Florida labs.
• Install and train personnel on diagnostic instruments and software.
• Validate performance and ensure adherence to specs.
• Deliver on-site training; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Maintain records of service activities in Roche CRM.
• Travel within territory; act as field-based technical liaison.
