Intuit is seeking a seasoned HR technology expert to own Core HCM configurations in Workday and extend into the broader People Technology landscape. The role emphasizes AI-driven process improvements, data-backed decisions, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver end-to-end Core HR capabilities.

You will influence requirements, design, validation, and delivery while staying ahead of industry best practices in HR tech, AI, and analytics.

Qualifications

Deep domain expertise in Core HCM configuration in Workday.
5+ years of experience in HR systems / People Technology.
Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools in daily analyst work and able to discuss real examples.
People Technology mindset spanning adjacent systems and integrations.
Expertise in analyzing and understanding people-related data and tools.
Strong understanding of the HR landscape.
End-to-end thinking on technology impact for employees, managers and practitioners.

Responsibilities

Deeply understand Intuit's people strategy to build Core HR technology solutions.
Design innovative Core HR solutions using a Data by Design mindset.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather iterative feedback and improve design and functionality.
Work with product managers and engineers to ensure a cohesive experience across People Technology solutions.
Proactively identify where AI and automation can streamline Core HR processes and documentation.
Evaluate and adopt AI tools to increase speed and quality in day-to-day work.
Connect Core HR decisions to the broader People Technology ecosystem and integrations.
Hands-on configuration of Workday Core HCM solutions.
Stay current with trends in Workday, Core HR, AI, and HR tech.
