Job summary

You will partner with product managers and engineers to design innovative Core HR solutions, gather iterative feedback, and continuously improve design and functionality, while staying current with Workday trends and HR tech.

Qualifications

• Deep domain expertise in Core HCM configuration in Workday.
• 5+ years of experience in HR systems / People Technology.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily analyst work with concrete examples.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand Intuit's people strategy to build Core HR technology solutions.
• Design innovative Core HR solutions using a Data by Design mindset.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather iterative feedback and improve design and functionality.
• Work with product managers and engineers to ensure a cohesive experience across People Technology solutions.
• Identify where AI and automation can streamline Core HR processes, testing, data validation, and documentation.
• Evaluate and adopt AI tools to increase speed and quality across the team.
• Connect Core HR decisions to the broader People Technology ecosystem.
• Hands-on configuration of Workday Core HCM solutions.
• Stay current with Workday trends and the broader HR technology landscape.
