Job summary

You will stay current with Workday trends, collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and help drive data-driven decisions that accelerate business growth and improve employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Deep Workday Core HCM configuration experience.
• Experience applying AI to requirements analysis, testing, documentation, or data validation.
• Ability to think end-to-end across People Technology ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of the HR landscape and data usage.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Experience working in Agile environments and delivering within scope.
• Demonstrated project management for timely delivery.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.
