Qualifications

• Lived experience with SMI and/or SUD.
• Eligibility to obtain Peer Recovery certification.
• Two years of recovery time from mental health and/or substance abuse disorder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach to individuals with SMI.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and ensure clinical visits are attended.
• Facilitate ongoing connection and engagement in supportive services.
