Job summary

RTX is seeking a leader to support the CORE program within the Logistics and Property Management organization. The role focuses on implementing CORE operating system tools, coordinating with LPM senior leadership, and driving continuous improvement across sites and functions to achieve cost, quality, and efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Experience with Logistics, Property Management, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Experience leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Follow CORE procedures and policies to ensure consistent application of standards across all improvement activities.
• Enhance adoption and effective use of the CORE operating system within site and functional processes.
• Facilitate CORE engagements, workshops, and problem‑solving sessions to improve processes and resolve operational challenges.
• Provide CORE guidance, coaching, and training to build organizational capability in continuous improvement.
• Support transformation projects and organizational initiatives by offering CORE expertise, analytical support, and change‑management guidance.
• Lead continuous improvement events, including Kaizen workshops and Lean activities, to drive measurable operational gains.
• Track, analyze, and report key metrics related to CORE initiatives and site maturity.

Education

University Degree or equivalent experience
