Job summary

RTX is seeking a highly motivated Program Integration Deputy to drive RLPM and CORE initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence aligned with RTX’s goals.

The role involves supporting lifecycle activities, collaborating with PMTs, and advancing digital maturation to improve program delivery. This onsite role requires strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required with 10+ years in engineering, business, program management, or operations.
• Advanced degree with 7+ years in related fields preferred.
• Proficiency in program management tools, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Integration Lead in managing lifecycle activities using RLPM processes and best practices.
• Assist PMTs in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the RLPM framework.
• Deploy CORE principles to improve performance, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to optimize program delivery.
• Coordinate effective communication between internal teams, customers and suppliers.
• Monitor annual 'must-do' targets and ensure alignment with delivery timelines.
