Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior logistics strategist to shape and lead a long-term network design across manufacturing and aftermarket networks. You will own cost-to-serve analyses, scenario modeling, and executive-ready business cases while guiding cross-functional teams through multi-site implementations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with strategic sourcing, operations, finance, and leadership to drive value and efficiency across RTX’s global logistics footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in logistics network optimization and strategy in aerospace/manufacturing.
• U.S. Person or eligible to obtain export authorizations.
• Experience managing cross-functional and cross-business unit teams.
• Operational experience in multi-site warehouse and distribution management.
• Expertise in network optimization tools and financial modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3–5 year logistics network strategy focusing on right sizing the distribution footprint.
• Perform cost-to-serve and scenario modeling with data collection and analysis.
• Conduct market, customer, and demand trend analysis.
• Lead footprint studies including new DCs, closures, and consolidations.
