Job summary

RTX is seeking a qualified professional to support the CORE Program within the Logistics and Property Management organization. You will apply the CORE Operating System to drive improvements across processes, collaborate with LPM leadership, and facilitate workshops to resolve operational challenges.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, tracking metrics, and delivering training materials to enhance continuous improvement capabilities.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years with advanced degree.
  • Experience in Logistics, Property Management, Operations, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Advanced CORE certification preferred.
  • SharePoint Content Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Follow CORE procedures to ensure consistent application of standards across all improvement activities.
  • Enhance adoption of the CORE operating system within site and functional processes.
  • Facilitate CORE engagements, workshops, and problem-solving sessions.

CORE is the continuously improved operating system used within Raytheon and across RTX. It provides a standardized methodology and common language to support alignment, integration, and performance across the enterprise, enabling consistent processes and value delivery for customers.

This position is responsible for ensuring CORE systems and processes are implemented, maintained, and aligned with established practices. The role works directly with LPM senior leadership and value stream partners to apply the CORE Operating System in support of business results. Additional responsibilities include supporting strategic goal alignment and transformation activities across LPM.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree of equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Experience with Logistics, Property Management, Operations, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Advanced CORE certification.
  • Certification or experience in lean or process improvement methodologies
  • Experience in SharePoint Content Management.
  • Experience communicating effectively, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
