Job summary

RTX is seeking a qualified professional to support the CORE Program within the Logistics and Property Management organization. You will apply the CORE Operating System to drive improvements across processes, collaborate with LPM leadership, and facilitate workshops to resolve operational challenges.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, tracking metrics, and delivering training materials to enhance continuous improvement capabilities.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years with advanced degree.
• Experience in Logistics, Property Management, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Experience leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
• Advanced CORE certification preferred.
• SharePoint Content Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow CORE procedures to ensure consistent application of standards across all improvement activities.
• Enhance adoption of the CORE operating system within site and functional processes.
• Facilitate CORE engagements, workshops, and problem-solving sessions.
• Provide CORE guidance, coaching, and training to build organizational capability in continuous improvement.
• Support transformation projects and organizational initiatives with CORE expertise and change-management guidance.
• Assist in implementing CORE tools, systems, and practices across teams and locations.
• Lead continuous improvement events, including Kaizen workshops and Lean activities.
• Track, analyze, and report key metrics related to CORE initiatives and site maturity.
• Coach employees on CORE tools and methodologies such as standard work, value-stream mapping, visual management, and structured problem solving.
• Develop CORE training materials, presentations, and resources for organization-wide use.
• Oversee and coordinate CORE and Lean training programs and engagement activities.
• Ensure progression of site CORE maturity by assessing performance and guiding improvement roadmaps.
• Provide recommendations to improve cost, efficiency, productivity, and quality across operations.
• Brief senior leadership on CORE activities, progress, risks, and opportunities with data-driven updates.
